Olive Lelia Fournistes
These plump, slow-roasted Amfissa olives are sweet and buttery. They roast for hours at low temperature until they have wrinkled pleasantly and lose enough moisture to give them a chewy, delicious texture. They’re great as a snack or as part of a meze or hors d’oevres spread. You can add them to salads, especially winter cabbage and greens salads.
