This unique vinegar made from fermented honey makes a great salad dressing combined with some Greek extra virgin olive oil. I also love to sprinkle it over roasted vegetables or as a dip for fresh bread with a little olive oil and Greek oregano.
Endive Salad With Greek Honey Vinegar & Cretan Extra Virgin Olive Oil
I used this in recent chicken dishes in place of balsamic. It lends an incredible flavor.
Gifted to a friend who sprinkled it on her French fries and she gave it an “A” rating. I used a little in my Κεφτέδες mixture as well as a little over my freshly baked beets along with your greek olive oil. Verdict, delicious!
Love using this vinegar on vegetables and salads, meats etc. Light but flavorable and makes any dish special in a subtle way. Hope it will continue to be available as now that I use it, I would really miss it.
