Olympus Tea Blend is a healthy, phytonutrient-rich blend of olive leaves, wild mountain rose and Greek mountain tea (Sideritis scardica) all sourced from Mt. Olympus.
It is hand-farmed by our friend Dimitris Bratelis, the proprietor of Olympus Farmstead, in rough, stony soils on the upper slopes of the mountain. Vasilis is very passionate about Mt. Olympus and its native herbs and is thrilled to bring these products to a wider market.

There were no instructions on how to prepare the tea but I combine a little from each bag and boil it. I do like the tea very much. I like the smooth flavors and I would buy it again.
