Saffron has an amazing ability to add intriguing flavor and color to a variety of dishes, ranging from breads, pastas, rice, and even sweets. A little goes a long way—you rarely need more than pinch or two. To extract the flavor and color, try steeping the fronds in a little water or cooking before adding to your dish. Saffron is very high in antioxidants, so I also enjoy adding a pinch to my herbal teas for an added boost of flavor and nutrition.

Most beautiful saffron I have ever seen
This is the most beautiful and deeply colored and fragrant saffron I have ever used. It makes my expensive Spanish saffron look a little pale. Even the cooking odor makes me feel like I am on a mountain in Ikaria.
