Gigantes are a versatile bean with a mild, meaty flavor that can used in any recipe that calls for white beans, although note that their larger size may require more cooking time. Below are some of my favorite recipes using gigantes.
I've purchased these beans elsewhere, and the quality of these is much superior! They have a beautiful, creamy texture and delicious flavor.
These beans are so delicious!! I used them in Diane's recipe Baked Gigantes with Spinach & Feta & it was wonderful!! ! I'm now a big fan of these beans & look forward to cooking with them again. YUM!

Gigantes are really hard to find, even at Middle Eastern stores. They're a unique bean, hard to substitute with other beans. Diane's recipe using spinach and feta is very appetizing, these are easy to make without them too, as many Greeks do. So glad to have a source of true Gigantes.
