The traditional Greek diet wastes nothing, and that's no less true for its ubiquitous grape vines. These organic grape leaves are harvested from Soultana grape vines of the Agrimanakis Estate and conserved in water without preservatives or chemicals.
Grape leaves are immensely nutritious. Low in calories and high in fiber, they are rich in vitamins A and K and have nearly 10 times the antioxidants of grape juice or pulp. Their slightly bitter flavor and velvety texture is also delicious! Perhaps best known for their role in "dolmades" or "stuffed grape leaves", they are actually a versatile addition to many kinds of baked vegetable and fish dishes.
