Organic Saffron from Kozani, Greece
Saffron has an amazing ability to add intriguing flavor and color to a variety of dishes, ranging from breads, pastas, rice, and even sweets. A little goes a long way—you rarely need more than pinch or two. To extract the flavor and color, try steeping the fronds in a little water or cooking before adding to your dish. Saffron is very high in antioxidants, so I also enjoy adding a pinch to my herbal teas for an added boost of flavor and nutrition.
Excellent easy ordering and quick delivery. Very nice subtle taste in rice and quinoa.
Everything went well in sending it to a different address. Would have been better to be able to include a note with the package, so they would know who sent it to them.
Is this product kosher certified? I cannot see from this picture.
