Organic White Grape Vinegar (8.5 oz)

This delightful white wine vinegar from Wisdom of Nature is made by passionate grape farmer and winemaker Nikos Bouzinelos, from organically farmed grapes of the Roditis variety. The grapes are vinified at low temperatures creating a wine with a vibrant aromatic bouquet that is used to produce a white wine vinegar with characteristic acidity and aromas of citrus and tropical fruits. It perfectly accompanies green salads, greens and boiled vegetables, legumes, and fish.

Wisdom of Nature is a small family farm in Corinthia, in the Peloponesse, encompassing 20 acres of native grape varietals. The organic operation is vertically integrated from grapevine to the bottle.
