Ionian Sea Salt
his pure sea salt is the very essence of the Mediterranean in crystalline form. It is hand-collected from the rocks along the edge of the deep blue Ionian Sea of the Mani peninsula in the southern Peloponnese. Pure and natural, it does not contain additives or anti-caking agents. Use this mild, mineral rich salt as a condiment and in place of commercial table salt for cooking.
